Our golf-specific movement screening consists of a series of functional movement tests. The tests identify altered mobility and faulty stability patterns and predict twelve of the most common swing faults.
After testing and based on your diagnoses, we will create a program of Golf Specific Exercises to improve joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, balance, strength, speed, and endurance.
